The Admin Dashboard Tour
After activating WP Smart Consent, a new menu item appears in your WordPress admin sidebar. Everything is managed from a single React-powered dashboard — no settings scattered across multiple menus.
Dashboard (Home)#
The main screen gives you an at-a-glance overview of your setup: which integrations are active, how many opt-ins have been recorded, and whether your license is valid. It’s the first place to check if something isn’t working as expected.
Integrations#
This is where you enable and configure everything. The integrations panel is split into three groups:
Checkout Sources — WooCommerce (Block and Shortcode), FluentCart, SureCart, Easy Digital Downloads, and GiveWP. Toggle each one on or off independently. Checkout sources share the global opt-in label and settings.
Form Sources — SureForms, Fluent Forms, WPForms, Gravity Forms, Formidable Forms, Quill Forms, HappyForms, Forminator, Contact Form 7, Ninja Forms, MetForm, and Everest Forms. Enabling a form plugin here activates the integration globally — per-form configuration (which specific forms show the checkbox, and in what mode) is handled inside each form plugin’s own admin UI.
CRM & ESP Destinations — All your email marketing and CRM connections live here. WordPress-hosted plugins (FluentCRM, MailPoet, Groundhogg, Newsletter, Mailster, MailerPress) are toggled on with no extra config needed. Cloud services (Mailchimp, Brevo, ActiveCampaign, etc.) each have an API key field and, where supported, a list or audience selector. The Webhook card lets you point opt-ins at any external service via a POST request.
Customers Log#
A searchable table of every opt-in event recorded on your site. Each entry shows the contact’s name, email, timestamp, and the source integration that captured it (e.g. woocommerce, sureforms, surecart).
You can filter the log by source using the dropdown, or narrow it by time window using the date range selector (1D / 7D / 30D / 90D / 1Y). The Export CSV button downloads the current filtered view — useful for compliance records or importing into a platform manually.
Manage License#
Where you enter, verify, or deactivate your license key. If you’re moving the plugin to a new domain, deactivate from here first before activating on the new site.
